Q: Will I own my home in Town CommonsPhoto of old-fashioned lamppost in Fee Simple or is it a 99-year lease?
A: If you purchase a home in Town Commons you will own in Fee Simple. It is not a lease.

Q: I understand Town Commons is already sold out, is this true?
A: No. Town Commons is a large community and will build out over several years, so we believe everyone will have an opportunity to purchase; the first phase however, is in great demand. We have had a great deal of interest in our first phase but we have not sold any housing yet. We will begin the sales process August 1, 2001, by beginning to schedule appointments with customers.

Q: Can I have pets in Town Commons?
A: Domestic house pets will be allowed in homes in Town Commons. The Association may promulgate reasonable limits on the number of pets that may be kept in a single residence. Pet restriction for apartments is 35 lbs.

Q: When will the first model homes be completed?
A: The Town Commons Featured Builders expect to commence construction of model homes in Summer 2001 and these homes are expected to be completed in late fall or early winter of 2001.

Q: When will the next phase of Town Commons be constructed and how many and what kind of homes will be constructed?
A: No final decision has yet been made regarding when the next phase will be built. Phase II of Town Commons will consist of 87 single-family homes and 18 remaining Townhomes. Additionally, the remaining parks will be completed..

Q: Are there restrictions and covenants imposed on what can be built in Town Commons and what it will look like?
A: Yes, we have imposed reasonable restrictions to ensure a high quality of construction and design, as you would expect in any quality development. Through a recorded Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, the Association has the ability to regulate the use of residential properties (and ultimately, what it will look like). .

Q: Is there a Senior Citizens Center or an area catering to retirees in the Phase One?
A: Yes. Town Commons will have a Senior Assisted Living Facility catering to assisted living and Alzheimer care.

Q: Will there be a day care facility in Town Commons?
A: Not at this time, however, there is space available in the Retail Center for such a use.
